We serve children from 2 months to 5 years old and offer two flexible program options:

• School Day (9:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
• Extended Day (7:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

All children, regardless of program, will have time for both a morning snack and lunch. Snacks must be provided from home, while lunch can either be brought from home or ordered through LUNCH DIRECT, our online catering service. Extended Day students are required to bring a second snack for the afternoon, which will be enjoyed after rest time.

 

INFANTS

All children who will not turn one before September 1 will be enrolled in an infant class according to their age group cohort. Below is a list of our infant rooms, oldest to youngest.

Buttercups: September, October, November Birthdays

Poppies: November, December, January February Birthdays

Bluebonnets: February, March, April Birthdays

Sweet Peas: April, May, June Birthdays

Daisies: June, July, August Birthdays

TODDLERS – turning One before September 1st

All children who will turn 1 before September 1, will be enrolled in a toddler classroom according to their age group cohort. Below is a list of our toddler rooms, oldest to youngest.

TWOS – turning Two before September 1st

All children who will turn 2 before September 1st will be enrolled in a two year old classroom. All two-year-old classrooms are mixed ages of two-year-olds.  Below is a list of our two-year-old rooms.

Pre-Kindergarten – turning Four before September 1st - HUMMINGBIRDS

All children who will turn 4 before September 1st will be enrolled in our Pre-kindergarten class, the Hummingbirds.  Any rising pre-kindergarten student from our Koala or Kangaroos class that will be moving on to HISD or private school for their Pre-Kindergarten year, will enroll for the summer with Building Blocks.
