Music, Art, Drama
This year, our Preschool Creative Arts Camp will explore the beloved musical tale Peter and the Wolf by Sergei Prokofiev. In this charming story, a clever boy outwits a dangerous wolf, while each character is brought to life by a different instrument of the orchestra.
Throughout the week, children will experience the story through music, singing, movement, dancing, art, and drama — with a little science and literature woven in. Campers will discover how instruments tell a story, create hands-on art inspired by the characters, and bring the tale to life through imaginative play. Your child will receive plenty of individual attention, and each day will be filled with creativity, learning, and fun!
Join us on Friday the 17th at 2:30 PM for our final program! Children’s artwork will be on exhibit, and families will enjoy a dramatic retelling of the story.
